Upon finding an item you wish to order, complete any options the chosen item requires (sizing etc). Once these are filled out click “Add to Basket”. You can then continue searching for other products and add them to your basket as well. Once you have everything you want to order in your basket click the small shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. This will navigate you to the checkout. You may then login if you have registered an account with us. If you haven’t you can then do so or alternatively checkout as a guest.

Upon filling in your details you may then “Place Your Order” and it will be sent out to you as soon as possible!

The Essex Store currently only ships to anywhere in the UK. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Upon ordering you have two weeks to make a return. You can re-package and post your item to the shop requesting us to refund the order.

Please include your invoice and a note explaining how you would like your refund handled.
